Fabrication of an all-transparent flexible 2D-graphene based phototransistor device.

In this work, the transistor device fabrication using seamless large-scale graphene onto flexible polymer substrates.

Characterize the device using transistor measurement unit (under various light illuminations) at our lab for a prototype device fabrication and demonstration.

Finally, the main aim of this proposed research is to fabricate and demonstrate the integrated optoelectronic devices using atomic-scale 2D graphene, such as, photo-transistors.
