Synthesis and Characterization of some pharmaceutical drugs, nimesulide in particular, for increasing their solubility in body fluids.

The project focus is increasing the solubility of some poorly soluble pharmaceutical drugs.

Almost 40% of the new drugs developed exhibit poor to no solubility in bodily fluids.

Thus the preparation of nanosuspension of these drugs will the specific area and thereby increasing the kinetic solubility of the drug.
