Brief Description of Project

Screening, Biochemical and molecular characterization of soil microbes from rhizosphere.

1. Evaluation of plant growth promoting properties of isolated microbes under different climatic condition.
2. Developing effective novel climate resilient microbial consortia for their effect on plant growth and yield of vegetables under pot and field trials under different climatic variation.
3. Development of novel climate resilient microbial consortia for vegetable production and technology transfer to BHU as well as the farmers of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
