  • Timeline

Fabrication of gobar gas fuelled solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) reactor: A renewable energy technology for rural Indian villages.

Goabr gas (Bio-gas) coming as an emission form cow-dung contains 60-70% methane. Hence processed gobar gas can act as a natural resource of fuel which can be utilized in fuel cells to generate electricity.

The plan of action is to design a reactor consisting gobar gas processing unit, and SOFC reactor to get power output.

The requirement of this project is to make a reactor which can filter carbon and remove S/NOx and CO2.
